After a very successful run in the new homes world, Adam worked for 9 years with Keller Williams in WV, MD, PA, and VA as the owner of 4 State Real Estate LLC.  In 2015, Adam started 4 State Real Estate independent of any big name brand before meeting up with Samson Properties. 

Samson offers Adam the chance to expand his footprint while granting him the time he needs to value family and have a life outside of the office.  Serving all areas within 90 minutes of Charles Town, Adam consistently produces over $17M in sales volume annually and typically sells over 65 homes a year, with top years selling close to 100 properties and topping well over $20M in volume.  Adam consistently ranks in the top 2% of agents in the local market and the top 5% regionally.  Adam knows what it takes to get your property sold or find you the perfect home for you, your family, or friends while making you feel like his number one priority at every turn.
